This time is set aside to receive comments from the public regarding matters on the Consent Calendar or matters of municipal concern not on the agenda. Pursuant to Government Code section 54954.3 (the Brown Act), however, the Council cannot consider any issues or take action on any requests during this comment period. 6) Consideration of a Resolution Approving an Amendment to the Diamond Hills Estates Subdivision Improvement Agreement Authorizing a Two-Year Extension.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.

7) Consideration of Resolutions adopting amendments to the Land Use, Community Identity and Circulation Elements of the General Plan for implementation of the Urban Design Plan and a corresponding Mitigated Negative Declaration prepared pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolutions.

8) Consideration of a Resolution to approve a request submitted by Don Albini to amend the terms of the affordable housing obligation required by Condition No. 21 of Tentative Subdivision Map 95-2, which requires payment of $450,000 dollars in-lieu of constructing three deed-restricted single-family homes. The subject properties are located at 1713, 1721, and 1739 Emerald Drive, Lots 10, 11, and 13 of the Centre Court Subdivision.
RECOMMENDATION: Adopt Resolution.
