1) Accounts payable for the period ending Thursday, June 12, 2008.
(Total amount of $219,439.52).
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve payables.

2) Minutes of the regular City Council Meeting on June 3, 2008.

3) Consideration of a Resolution approving Amendment No. 5 to the Funding Agreement with the Napa County Flood Protection and Watershed Improvement Authority requesting additional funds and a two-year extension.

4) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing a temporary appropriation for Water, Wastewater and Special Revenue Funds Budgets for Fiscal Year 2008/2009.

5) Consideration of Ordinances adopting a Zoning Ordinance Text Amendment and Development Agreement requested by Ed Nagel of BNK Investments for the Vineyard Oaks Subdivision, a 15 lot subdivision of 18 acres located at 2400 Grant Street.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Ordinances.

G) GENERAL GOVERNMENT

6) Consideration of a Resolution accepting a donation in the amount of $100,000 from the Calistoga Firefighters Association towards the cost of the new Water Tender.
RECOMMENDED ACTION. Adopt Resolution.

7) Consideration of a Resolution of endorsement for placing the Transportation Sales Tax Measure on the November 2008 ballot and approval of the proposed Improvement Expenditure Plan.

8) Construction Status Report for the Calistoga Community Pool Facility Project.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive report.

9) Consideration of a Resolution approving the plans and specifications for the Mt. Washington Water Storage Tank Project and authorizing City staff to begin the public bid process.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Receive report, discuss and adopt Resolution.

10) Identification of topics for discussion with Planning Commission at the upcoming joint meeting.
