6) Consideration of a Resolution Approving a Variance Allowing Substantial Improvements to the Existing Dwelling Unit located within the Floodway at 3051 Myrtledale Road (APN 017-221-007). This proposed action is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15332 of the CEQA Guidelines.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
