The Calistoga City Council will Reconvene the Meeting at 1235 Washington Street to Tour and Dedicate the Water-Wise Demonstration Garden. The Calistoga City Council will Adjourn to the Community Center at 1307 Washington Street to Reconvene the Meeting as Soon Thereafter as Possible.

6) Consideration of a Resolution Authorizing the City Manager to Execute a Lease Disposition and Development Agreement between the City of Calistoga and the Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Helena and Calistoga and the City of Calistoga for the 1.06 acre Property Located at Logvy Park, 1401 N. Oak Street, Calistoga (APN 011-140-056) and Approval of a Ground Lease and Joint Use Agreement to Develop the Property for a Boys & Girls Club. The Proposed Amendment is Exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under Section 15061 (b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
