10) Consideration of Consideration of amending Calistoga Municipal Code 17.48.040(C)(3) to increase the number of marijuana plants that may be cultivated outdoors for personal use on certain residentially-zoned properties (Zoning Code Amendment ZOA 2018-2).

13) Consideration of a Resolution to Purchase a Replacement Fire Engine and Equipment and Authorization for the City Manager to Execute a Purchase Agreement with Hi-Tech Emergency Vehicle Service, Inc., in an Amount not to Exceed $500,000 and Approve a Budget Transfer from Fire One-Time Impact Fees 49-4700-4799 to the Equipment Replacement Fund 15-3299 and a Budget Adjustment for the Expenditure to Account Number 15-4970-4820.
