The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. 6) Accounts payable for the period ending Friday, October 9, 2009. ($378,728.69 )

8) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing and providing for the incurrence of indebtedness for the purpose of providing a portion of the cost of constructing the Mt. Washington Water Storage Tank Project.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
9) Consideration of a Resolution rejecting all bids for the Calistoga Fire Station Seismic Retrofit and Rehabilitation Project and authorizing the City Manager to re-advertise for construction bids.

10) Consideration of a Resolution confirming the Mayor’s appointment to the Building Standards Advisory & Appeals Board.

11) Consideration of a Resolution approving Amendment No. 10 to the Water Supply Contract with the Napa County Flood Control and Water Conservation District Agreement No. 1926 to accelerate the City’s Annual State Water Project Allotment.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt Resolution.
12) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing payment of $16,688 to Enchanted Resorts to complete full width paving of lower Pine Street in conjunction with development improvements.

13) Consideration of a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a donation for tree planting and installation of a memorial plaque.

14) Consideration of Resolutions adopting a Mitigated Negative Declaration and approving a revised Master Plan to guide the further development of 10.24 Acre Logvy Community Park located at 1745 Washington Street.

15) Consideration of a Municipal Code Amendment (CMC 2009-01) initiated by the City Council to amend Chapter 19.02 Growth Management System to provide provisions for the administrative processing of growth management allocations. No environmental review is required in accordance with Section 15061(b)(3) of the CEQA Guidelines.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Introduce Ordinance and waive its first reading.
