A) CALL TO ORDER

B) PUBLIC COMMENT
During this time period anyone may comment to the Community Resources Commission regarding any subject over which the Community Resources Commission has jurisdiction, or request consideration to place an item on a future agenda of the Community Resources Commission. If you wish to comment on an item that is on this agenda, please hold your comments until the item is heard. Individuals will be limited to a three-minute presentation. No action can be taken by the Community Resources Commission as a result of public comment other than to place the matter on a future agenda.

D) OATH OF OFFICE

1) The Administrative Secretary will administer the Oath of Office to the newly appointed Community Resources Commissioner, Marcela Rodriguez, who will then assume her seat.

E) CONSENT CALENDAR
The following items listed on the Consent Calendar are considered routine and are approved by a single motion. The Chairperson or any member of the Commission or of the public may request that any item listed under the Consent Calendar be removed and action taken separately. In the event that an item is removed from the Consent Calendar, it shall be considered in its numerical order.

2) Minutes of the special Community Resources Commission Meeting of October
27, 2009.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve Minutes.

F) GENERAL GOVERNMENT

3) Receive presentation on proposed plans for development of a Teen/Art Center at Logvy Community Park.
RECOMMENDED ACTION: Review and discuss proposed Teen/Art Center project at Logvy Community Park and provide comments for Planning Commission consideration.
